Glock ‘N Roll

Switch the order of the 1st & 2nd Amendment to better reflect our national priorities.

Declare open season on the unarmed, particularly in malls where children line-up to sit on Santa’s Lap and grocery stores where the meat is already dead and wrapped tightly in cellophane.

Hunt people, not animals.

As for the media, please, for the love of an Imaginary God, stop covering shootings like it’s news. It’s not news. No one cares, not even about the shooting at the mall in Oregon, just yesterday.

Ask Bob Costas how he was treated after he had the temerity to express his opinion on gun violence to football fans committed to sports violence.

Concussions don’t confuse people. People confuse people.

I live in Chicago. I will be getting a Concealed Carry License. I will be armed. I will be dangerous. Until this country has an open, honest conversation about gun control, and the false premise of the 2nd Amendment, I might as well be another idiot in a nation of idiots who misperceives himself as a Metrosexual Rambo.

Black glocks are slimming.

What is with the whole concealed weapons thing? I don’t get it. Wouldn’t it be more of a deterrent if people just wore the guns on their hips, like the cops? Wouldn’t it be easier to get to if you needed it, if it weren’t hidden away?

I took the concealed weapon course in Florida, home of “don’t be affraid to shoot a black kid” state. And I don’t even own a gun. This special “school” you go to is really interesting. It teaches you: 1) shoot to kill, never to wound. Unload your gun if you have to…kill the fucker. You only want one witness at the shooting…yourself; 2) never lock-up your gun because you can’t get to #1 above. Three hours of bullshit for a state gun license; essentially just another tax.

We should legalize hand grenades. They must be a blast to toss.

Did you ever carry concealed? Did you feel like you were more in control? Did you wear your concealed weapon in a grocery store, or mall? Do you think we should have a conversation about gun control? Or has “stand your ground” helped to make Florida a safer place?

I always hear the argument: bad people will get guns, one way or the other, so good people are better-off arming themselves. You know the slogan of Ultimate Alpha Machoness, “It’s better to have a gun and not need one than to need a gun and not have one.”

No the media is in full communist propaganda mode when it comes to covering the shooting. The playbook is so predictable it’s sickening. Take a horrible shooting and try to sway public opinion on people’s temporary fears. Go to the NRA website and they’ll have hundreds of stories of innocent people using their guns to protect themselves and their property. Funny you never hear these stories the blackout would impress N Korean State television. The people who control the press believe exactly what you do Greg. On a wonderful note thank God they struck down the communist no conceal and carry. I can’t wait!!!!!!

    • Gregor says:

The so-called media doesn’t think anything like I do, pal. If I had any sway, we’d stop covering all shootings. I’d also fire Bob Costas. And I’m not kidding.

Who does he think he is? This is America. You do as you’re told. You sell violence. You enjoy your meaningless fame. You build your identity around your enormous, undeserved salary.

If you want to stand for something, you broker a show, lose your ass and get sued by the very same people who are pretending to give you a platform for your stupid beliefs.

Otherwise, if you’re lucky, like Bob Costas, you’re an Energizer Bunny. Keep beating on the drum of mindless violence, keep beating on the drum of Doritos, keep beating on the drum of men who wrote on parchment with quills while wearing powdered wigs (drag queens).

Bang-Bang Shoot-Shoot. Sign me up. I’m in, all in. Where do I sign for my NRA Killer’s Permit?

  3. Andy says:

Oh and Bob Costas is a useless cunt instead of blaming that despicable filth for murdering his wife he blames the gun. Like Nicole brown Simpson would be alive if we didn’t have knives right?

  4. vince says:

A dad shot his son by accident outside of a gun store a couple days ago. The shooting and killings are out of control. The UK has gun restrictions and has about 35 murders per year. Guns make it much easier to kill than anything else, period.

Greg, to answer your question, no, I never carried a conceled weapon. I bought a gun when I hit the age, 21. It was a huge thrill to own a gun. So macho. I dreamed of saving a lady from a robber and shooting an armed criminal. Then, I realized I don’t want to kill anyone and I sold my gun. That was about 20 years ago and I still don’t have a gun. Guns are for pussies.

    • Gregor says:

Think I’m becoming a pussy. I’m getting a concealed carry license and carrying a gun. I don’t believe in what I’m doing. But it won’t be the first time I do something I don’t fully understand going into it. Maybe on the back end, I’ll see things more like Andy. Or I’ll come back to where I started, with a deeper understanding.

      Or I’ll get shot.

      • Nick says:

        Greg,

I recently got one; a Glock 17. It is certainly a weird feeling knowing that I’m now armed. Having been the victim of violence twice and three break ins, I never thought to get one for defense. The reason why I got one was because I wanted to learn how to shoot one. And it turns out I’m a very good shot. I can’t even imagine what it would be like to have a person in my sights, nor do I want to.

The one thing I will say that I found very surprising about owning one, is that it has made me nearly paranoid of a break in. I check and double check my locks at night. Probably because I don’t want to ever be put into a situation that I would regret forever.

        • Gregor says:

I’m going to be joining you. Not sure what it’s going to do to me, as a person who’s constantly armed. We’ll see. Thanks for sharing your story, Nick.

  5. Babs says:

Another senseless shooting. I hope and pray that before President Obama leaves office we have some kind of gun laws that begin to make sense. The country wants it, only the NRA is senseless. Until then, maybe we could pass a law making it illegal to print the shooters name, picture, biography! Only a short statement about where, number of those hurt and gender of the shooter. Stop making these assholes famous for any length of time. Don’t know if this will help but we MUST start somewhere!

  6. Gregor says:

    School House Glock: #SandyHook.

The problem is we don’t educate our kids. It should be called Sandy Hook Shooting Range. Then parents would know where exactly they’re sending their children.

Similarly, these misleading establishments should be forced to re-name themselves: AMC Shooting Range, Safeway Shooting Range, Mall Of America Shooting Range.

We have warning labels on cigarettes. It’s time we put warning labels on anyplace we gather. This is America, where the 2nd Amendment is more sacred than the 1st Amendment.

These words will be reviewed by moderators. Unlike background checks. How sad :-(

When did Greg get so political? Thought u would be happy strumming 4 chords u know and leaving NY

    • Gregor says:

I know 4-chords, but I’m currently working on Inversions. I’m a 1-Man Band, which is way easier than babysitting musicians.

Got into politics when The Supreme Court decided they knew more than the rest of us and appointed George W. Bush. It woke me up.

Suddenly, strumming 4-chords and leaving NY didn’t seem like enough. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m trying to figure out the 2nd Inversion for A-Minor.
